I'm
so glad you stopped by. If you are looking for contact information,
it is at the bottom of each page.
Let me tell you a bit more about my family and myself.
I was born in Toledo, Oh and moved to Arizona in 1983. My husband,
Jeff was born in Arizona (one of the few natives of his generation).
We met, of all places, on the internet. We had each been married
once before and each had a son that was the same age (most people
think they are twins). It was a perfect fit, so we were married.
I have always had an interest in natural alternatives.
I was raised by an RN (registered nurse) that believed in taking
you to the doctor for every cold and sniffle. I grew up on antibiotics
and discovered an allergy to penicillin when I was 21 and getting
my wisdom teeth removed.
When I met Jeff, I learned about Nature's Sunshine.
His mother, Kay Lubecke, is a National Manager and has been with
Nature's Sunshine since 1980. She introduced me to the wonderful
world of herbs and began the long process of teaching me what
she knows (a process that still hasn't ended). While I have come
a long way since those days, I am glad that she is still there
for me if I need her.
Jeff and I lead a not so typical family life. We
are both blessed to be able to be home for our boys while they
still want us around. As they have very diverse interests, we
are kept moving in opposite directions. One is the sports fanatic,
participating in Little League Baseball, Raquetball and Bowling,
while the other is the scene stealer prefering to be in theatre
and taking golf lessons. During the summer, we enjoy boating with
the boys on one of our state's infamous man-made lakes (ok so
it's a puddle if you are from the Great Lakes area like I am).
In 2005, Jeff and I had the great honor of having
earned the Nature's Sunshine TAC (Top Achiever's Club) trip. We
went on a 10 day cruise to Northern
Europe. Nature's Sunshine paid for the entire trip including
airfare. I also earned the TAC trip to China in 2006 but was unable
to attend. Our next TAC adventure will be a cruise in the Mediterranean
and I'm already on my way to qualifying.
So that's a bit about my family. I hope you learned
a little and got to know us better.
Live long and healthy!
